I got a noodle bowl with katsu and it was so crispy!! The orange sauce came in a pretty big bowl and everything was so good. I really enjoyed the noodles...a little bit dry because I'm used to saucy noodles but it was still really good! Me and boyfriend loved the green beans! Literally the best in the whole dish. Portions were very fulfilling and satisfying! I've eaten here three times and I definitely keep coming back! Be aware! They take card only !! I came in with cash once and had to put it in my card, which was on me!

Super inconsistent! I only ever eat the Pao Pao and I got the SADDEST bowl I've ever gotten. Still tasted good but its kind of a dice roll. Kinda sad because I'm such a fan. The UCF location is better. Update: 12/22. Can't stay away. Got another bowl. It was worse, with hardly any peppers, drier rice and some uncovered pieces of chicken. I wouldn't recommend going there past lunch rush. That's probably when they're making everything fresh Update: 2/12/2019 They emailed me saying 1) they have forwarded the information to corporate chefs and 2) they'd send me a gift card so I could retry the spicy cream. Never got the gift card. Though I went once more and the spicy cream seemed improved. I don't think they're making the chicken fresh back there though. Final update: 8/14/2019 I've gone back several times and the Pao Pao has been great every time. Well done, 5 stars.

This was once one of our favorite places to stop by on a trip to downtown St. Pete. Unfortunately the quality, availability and service has declined. Each time they are out of several ingredients not available. This time it was cream cheese. The speed of preparing orders has doubled maybe even tripled. Not sure if I will return or not at this point.

So... I've followed Bento since I was in Gainesville, I even took eventual drives to visit their Orlando location. Knowing that a St. Pete location opened got me stoked! The bowls are still awesome! Delicious, fast, and affordable. Love this place!
